The Veralyne Hamilton Residence

 This  60-unit congregate care facility houses men and women received by referrals. The program provides a continuum of care for people living with various challenges. That continuum includes supportive services, case management, and substance abuse, mental health, nutrition and health counseling. The list of services provided at this Residence continues to expand.
